I walked into Ten Speed a hesitant, nervous potential bike owner. I walked out happily looking forward to a new bike! The bike arrived, as promised, and it is a JOY to ride. I gratefully appreciate the kindness and expertise of this LOCAL bike shop.

As a local bike shop, this place is just that. The owner Ray is friendly and welcoming. Most important in service, he is a skilled bike mechanic. I have ordered a few parts and he is quick to get them and always calls when they arrive. **** I have heard he helps the funds challenged customer with a used part or a charitable service repair when it seems to be needed. That's small town local shop with a heart! Highly recommended from me.
